What Can I Find in the

Guidance Office ?

Located in the Shalom wing, the Guidance Office is home to:

• Mrs. Walters - Admin. Asst. to Guidance 603-889-4107 ext. 327 or E-mail Mrs. Walters
• The appointment book - students can sign in to see their counselor that day if time is available or make an appointment for the future
• Special scholarships that are to be submitted directly to the Guidance Office
• Orange cover sheets for applications
• Blue teacher recommendation forms
• Release of Student Records forms
• Paper copies of the Common Application
• AP Policy and Contract
• Parent and Student Brag Sheets
• FAFSA forms
• FAFSA worksheets
• CSS/Finanical Aid Profile information
• Program of Studies booklets
• College Financial Aid informatoin packets

Students visit the Guidance Office to:

• Schedule Appointments with their counselor
• Submit applications for college/summer programs/ scholarships
• Obtain working papers (under age 16)
• Obtain a signature verification for Good Driver Discounts available from many insurance companies (must have a 3.0)
• Obtain unofficial transcripts at the beginning of senior year to check for accuracy
• Ask nicely for a copy of their schedule which they lost!
• Submit college acceptance/denial letters
• Submit a senior picture for the board outside the office

Outside the Guidance Office you can find:

• The College Acceptance List - updated weekley with a list of all our seniors and where they have been accepted
• Senior Pictures - bulletin boards with pictures of our seniors (when they bring them in!) with a list of the colleges they've been accepted to under their picture.   Once a student has committed to a college, that college will be highlighted under their picture.
• Crisis Resource board

The Guidance Office is open daily during the school year from 7:00-3:00
