7/9/2018 - Course #733 Weight Training - We have just been informed by the company the publishes the Fitness Log Book that a much better edition will soon be available. The Health Department Head has requested that we go with the new edition. The information (ISBN, Edition, etc.) concerning the Log Book will be given to us hopefully by the first week of August or earlier.
