Bishop Guertin is such an open and welcoming community to everyone. There is always something for everyone whether it's sports or even going to the robotics club. I have also found out new things about myself such as I really like to help out others. That was found from Campus Ministry. BG has brought so many new things out for me but has also shown me what it is really like to be a cardinal. I have learned so much about this school and also myself. This school definitely helps you feel "Known, Valued, and Treasured." - Addie Wilson ’27

"I would describe my Bishop Guertin experience as a welcoming and well-rounded environment where students are challenged academically while also being supported as individuals. What stood out most to me was the strong sense of community and the way teachers genuinely care about students’ success, both in and out of the classroom." - Ella Hayon ’28

"Think of Bishop Guertin as a three-legged table on which the whole person rests. One leg is intellectual. One leg is character building. The final leg is spirituality. The final leg makes all the other stuff go. Catholic and non-Catholic students come here. This school was established to help develop more than worldly skills to help you nine to five, but values that guide you and give you a compass and a true north to guide you in life. Make the world a better place, love one another, help those less fortunate and doing the right thing are traits each graduate leaves here to bring to the world outside. It’s BG’s secret sauce." - John Sullivan ’87, P ’17, ’21, ’22

"My original reason for choosing to come to BG was for more challenging academic and athletic opportunities. My wish for a challenge was the most important part of that initial reason, and it has proven to pay off the most. Having to really work at a topic and put in extra work to understand a concept or putting in time outside of lacrosse practice to fight for playing time, have been very valuable experiences for me. They are experiences that have helped me grow as a person, and I would not have gotten them if I had not chosen to attend BG." - Jackson Warren ’27

"Choosing to come to BG was the best decision my family could have made. Most importantly, the teachers at BG are spectacular. Not only are they extremely knowledgeable and supportive, but they also encourage students to learn beyond the prescribed curriculum, helping us develop a deep understanding of our interests. The students are just as amazing, prioritizing collaboration and building community over competition. Everyone at BG will help you become the best version of yourself!" - Mohid Khan ’26
