Boys and Girls Lacrosse Take Home State Titles

For the first time in school history, Boys and Girls Lacrosse both hold the DI state title in the same year. Going undefeated, the teams capped off dominant seasons, handily winning all their matches.

GIRLS LACROSSE

After a hard fought semifinal bought versus Bedford, Girls Lacrosse came into the state final looking to defended their two straight titles following the cancellation of their season in 2020. Not ones to disappoint, the Cardinals beat the Pinkerton Astros, 20-3, to bring home the hardware once again. With goals from Rylee Bouvier '22 (4), Katie Campbell 22 (1), Lindsay Hult '21 (3), Stephanie Reap '22 (3), Amelia Piercy '21 (3), Madison Keating '21 (4) and Nat Coutu '22 (2), the Cards took home their fifth state title in team history and first under head coach Leslie Why.

BOYS LACROSSE

After a series of tough losses in state finals over the past several years, Boys Lacrosse is finally back on top after nail-biting 9-7 victory over Exeter. This was the 16th straight finals appearance for the Cards. This win is the first title since 2017, but the 10th overall for the program under head coach Chris Cameron.
