Am I going to graduate?
To be awarded a diploma, a student must successfully fulfill all the academic and financial (tuition, fees, etc.) requirements of Bishop Guertin High School and the graduation requirements of the State of New Hampshire. Because these requirements are designed to meet state law, there is no appeal of failed courses, so students must be mindful of academic performance. In addition, any serious violation of the code of conduct during the last quarter of school may result in the loss of all graduation-related activities.
Will any of these events be Live Streamed?
Baccalaureate Mass will be Live-Streamed through Immaculate Conception Parish stream (link will be provided on the school’s social media accounts) – Senior Award Ceremony will be recorded and available after the ceremony through the school’s social media accounts and Graduation will be Live-Streamed and available to through the school’s social media accounts
Will professional photos be taken at graduation?
Grad Images will take a photo of your senior receiving his/her diploma. (Students will receive information on registering with grad images in their senior packet)
When will my student receive their cap & gown?
Caps, gowns and tassels will be distributed to the seniors at the conclusion of the Senior Send-Off on Wednesday. These are required to be worn at both the Mass and the commencement. Only National Honor Society stoles and designated cords may be worn. Other cords or decorations are not allowed.
How many tickets do we get for graduation?
All seating at the commencement is on a first-come, first-serve basis. Doors open at 12 p.m. Seats are limited to 6 seats per graduate family. There are no tickets; we operate on an honor system. There is limited standing room available for additional guests. Doors close at capacity.
I am proud of my graduate and would love to display a lawn sign in their honor?
Each graduate will receive one (1) lawn sign at Baccalaureate Rehearsal
Can I park on campus for graduation?
Each family will receive (2) two parking passes (which includes the graduate). Original pass MUST be present in order to park on the property. (Photocopies, scans, pictures of passes, etc. will NOT be accepted)
The parking lot will be closed until 12 p.m. When parking at BG, please follow the signs. There will be lanes for “Elderly/Disabled Drop-Off” and “VIP/Handicapped Parking” in the FRONT LOOP.
