Non-Discrimination and Admissions Policy
Bishop Guertin High School does not discriminate on the basis of gender, race, religion, color, national or ethnic origin in the administration of its educational policies, scholarship programs, athletics, or any other school administered activity.
Bishop Guertin High School admits students of any gender, race, color, national and ethnic origin, and grants all rights, privileges, programs and activities generally accorded and made available to students of the school.
Each year, all schools are requested to inform the school community of the status of asbestos-related materials on site. Bishop Guertin has completed a comprehensive review of materials — including the buildings and grounds — and has a number of government-recognized plans in place to ensure the safety of all. Recent reviews have indicated that we are compliant in all areas and more than meet the expectations of various government agencies.
For the continuing safety of the school community, our maintenance personnel are all trained and qualified competent persons in dealing with any possible asbestos issues.
The review of the Bishop Guertin site and the plans in place can be reviewed in the office of the Business Administrator by appointment.
