Full-Time English Teacher - 2024-25 School Year

Bishop Guertin High School anticipates an opening for an experienced, full-time English Teacher for the 2024-25 school year. The successful candidate will possess the ability to teach various courses including, but not limited to, Introduction to Literature, World Literature, American Literature, and British Literature. Candidates for this position should demonstrate exemplary content area knowledge in grammar, writing, and literature, as well as flexibility and comfort with the use of technology in the classroom.  Additionally, the successful candidate will have the desire to work in a Catholic school, collaborate with colleagues, and set high standards for learning.

Full-Time Life Science Teacher - 2024-25 School Year

Bishop Guertin High School anticipates an opening for a Science teacher for the 2024-2025 school year. The position will have a focus in Biology and Anatomy, but candidates with strong backgrounds in any science disciplines will be considered (Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Environmental Science).  A successful candidate will have the desire to teach in a Catholic school, should have previous experience, can establish a positive classroom culture, and will work energetically in a student-centered environment.

Junior Varsity Girls Soccer - Head Coach

Bishop Guertin High School has an immediate opening for a Junior Varsity Girls Soccer coach. The coach will be the head coach of the JV team and part of the coaching staff for the entire girls soccer program.  Desirable candidates will have the following skills:

 

  • Support the mission and values of Bishop Guertin with enthusiasm

  • the knowledge to teach basic and advanced techniques

  • the ability to communicate effectively with the school, parents and athletes

  • the ability to uphold all policies of Bishop Guertin and the NHIAA. 

  • the desire to work cooperatively with coaches, teachers and staff to serve the needs of all student-
